Qbi Flex
A linear, high performance, cost effective memory foam product giving excellent pressure distribution and comfort.
Constructed of three layers: a 1” reflex load bearing foam, 1½” of high density memory foam, topped with ½” soft viscous foam for increased comfort.
Sizes: Most standard sizes up to 18”x18”, minimum 3” thickness.
Custom-made sizes available.
Cover: Towelling (for comfort) or vapour permeable material (for versatility) with non slip base and vapour permeable, thermo plastic liner as standard.
Foam Insert: A directional, multi layer memory and reflex foam lamination.
Risk Category*: Medium/high
Weight Guide†: 15 stone (95kgs)
Support Pressure: 1 lb per square inch at 50% compression or deflection
Linear Load Limit: 20 stone (127kg) on a typical 17”x17” cushion
