A unique load distributing foam supported by a high grade Reflex Foam, and finished with a thin layer of comfort foam providing a natural thermal break. Comes as standard with a vapour permeable thermo plastic liner for extra protection and extended durability.
Sizes: 15”x16”, 16”x16”,17”x17”, 18”x16”, 18”x17”, 18” x 18”. All cushions are available 1”,2” and 3” in thickness. Custom-made shapes and sizes available (eg. wedged, ramped or crescent base). Of particular interest to those designing high risk individual applications.
Cover: Navy towelling as standard, vapour permeable material on request, vapour permeable thermo plastic liner.
Foam Insert: Of multi-layer construction. Typical 3” cushion consists of 2”, high performance Pudgee foam, supported by ‘A’ grade reflex foam to improve load bearing and comfort capabilities. Topped off with a thin layer of soft comfort foam.
Risk Category*: High risk, recommended for the frail and elderly.
To nurse sores in conjunction with other systems.

S10A – 1” thickness – not recommended.
S10B – 2” thickness – 12 stone (76kg)
S10C – 3” thickness – 15 stone (95kg)
Support Pressure: 1lb per square inch at 50% compression or deflection
Linear Load Limit:
2” Pudgee – 21stone (133kg) on a typical 17”x17” cushion
3” Pudgee – 29stone (184kg) on a typical 17”x17” cushion
